We are now able to accept Pakistani online returns, to our online returns location. Due to the volume of parcels within the Postal network we recommend purchasing additional tracking. Due to the current Covid- 19 virus there are delays, so your return will take a little longer to get us. Once we have received your parcel we will process it as soon as possible, whilst also managing the safety of our team. Free returns or exchanges have been extended to within 30 days of purchase

If you’re unhappy with the products you received from Hooks Intimates, simply return them within 30 days of delivery and we’ll happily provide an exchange or refund, for free. Your products must be in the condition you received them:

  • Unworn
  • Unsoiled
  • Intact, with tags attached
  • Preferably inside the original carton which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit.
  • Unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return if the product is damaged.
  • Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker still in place in order to return.
  • We do not accept returns on items marked as FINAL SALE.

Faulty Items

Although we do our best to ensure we only provide the best quality product, unfortunately from time to time faults can occur. In order to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you send the product back to us with a detailed description of the fault. Our quality care team will assess the damage and we will be in contact with you via phone or email.

Please note: if you choose to send your items back to us, your original delivery fee is non refundable

    • Complete and print the Exchanges & Returns form here
    • Pack all products, with your Exchanges & Returns form inside a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
    • Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed label (included with your original order) to your package, making sure you cover or remove original address label. Just in case you have misplaced the label, our address is:
      • Visit your local Post Office and send the package back to us. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post as unfortunately we are not liable for lost return parcels.

    • Once received, we will inspect and process your return. Please allow up to 21 days for the exchange/return to be processed.
    • We will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested an exchange.
    • Any refunds required will be processed back via your original form of payment
    • Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges.
    • However, if you wish to exchange the item for a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference, you will need to return the original item for a refund. You can then purchase the new preferred item. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have further questions.
    • Any refunds required will be processed back via your original form of payment. Please note, postage and gift wrapping charges are non refundable.
    • If an exchange item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund via your original form of payment will be issued.
